Les Sutherland has
pastored Faith Bible Fellowship Church since its founding in the 1980's.
Due to his future wife's willingness to share the Gospel (her first
witnessing project in years past), Les received Christ on August 26,
1970. He attended and later graduated from Penn State University with a
degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1972. While spending several years
as a design engineer at Ford Motor Company (1972-1975), Les also served
in the U.S. Army Reserves (1972-1977). In 1975, Pastor Les expanded his
education at Trinity Divinity School through 1979 in pursuit of his
Masters of Divinity degree. After graduation, he served as an interim
pastor at Libertyville Evangelical Free Church and as associate pastor
at Cuyahoga Falls Baptist Church. From there he was called to serve as
pastor of Faith Bible Fellowship and has faithfully served there since.
Also, Pastor Les has taught Moody Evening School in the local area
as well since 1981.

Linda have four sons: Jeffrey, Christopher, Joshua, and Timothy. He also
currently serves as a member of the Elder board at FBF.
Pastor Adam Harper
received Christ as his Savior over ten years ago and began serving
as Youth Pastor at Faith Bible Fellowship in 2002. He spent several
years earning his degree at Moody Bible Institute after becoming
pastor, and he is currently working on his ordination. As youth
pastor, Pastor Adam's personality attracts teenagers and youth,
which helps him to connect with them spiritually. Pastor Harper
prepares lessons, Bible studies, retreats, camps, and other hands-on
events to impact today's youth for Christ. His other
responsibilities at Faith Bible Fellowship include leading the
worship team, coordinating the Men's & Women's Ministries and
Small Groups, and preaching occasionally.

Denise are looking back at the blessings God has shown so far and
the multiplied blessings they hope for in the future. Pastor Adam
also serves as a member of the Elder board at FBF.
