Our Phone Tree communication system is a useful tool to get important information out to our members and to those in attendance at Faith Bible Fellowship. We have provided three methods of communication to keep you informed about prayer requests, church activities, announcements, and more:

1. Phone call
    
2. Text message (default)
    
3. E-mail
    

How It Works

The default for the system will always be a text message (if you have provided us a cell phone #). Since the church pays for each phone call, text message, or e-mail we send, we are limiting each household to only one communication choice and phone number.

1. One member of the household will be opted in for a phone call, text message, or e-mail. We ask that your family's primary contact pass along the information when it is received.
    
2. Your communication preference on file with us is the only method communication you will receive. In other words, if you have opted in for text messages, we will send you a text message alone and not an accompanying phone call and/or e-mail.
    

Please be familiar with the following information so that we may better serve you with updates in the days ahead.

Identify the phone tree number.

1. If your contact number registered on the phone tree is a home landline, your caller ID should automatically recognize the call as 'Faith Bible Fellowship.'
    
2. If your contact number registered on the phone tree is a cell phone, please make sure the phone tree number is entered into your contacts list as 'FBF Phone Tree' (NOT FAITH BIBLE FELLOWSHIP) so it will be identified as such and you don't just decline it by accident.
   
   The phone number for our FBF Phone Tree is 336-360-3129.

Be sure your phone can accept the message.

Be sure your voicemail is set up and your mailbox is not full.

Important Reminders:

1. Always use the church's main phone number when you call the church: (330) 633-4174. Visit our Contact page for other options. Please do not call the church at the phone tree number (callback is not an option).
    
2. Please notify the church office if you have ANY changes in your contact information: address, phone, email. We want to make sure updates are going to the correct phone number for your primary household contact. You can give us a call at any time to let us know of your contact preference (phone call, text, or e-mail), and who you would like that primary contact in your household to be. We would be happy to change your contact preferences at any time!
